SELECTED WORK

A selection of work across UX, digital products, brand, visual design, and creative strategy. My role varies by project—from research and experience strategy through interface design, identity development, visual systems, and production.

UX Research · Product Strategy · Information Architecture · Interface Design

Responsibility:
Contributed to the research, UX strategy, information architecture, visual direction, and interface design for Geography of Prosperity, a data-driven digital experience exploring the factors that shape regional prosperity.

Challenge:
Turn a complex set of socioeconomic indicators and research findings into an experience that could help users understand, compare, and explore regional prosperity without overwhelming them with data.

Solution:
Helped translate research and competitive analysis into a clearer product structure and interface, organizing complex information into more understandable patterns, navigation, and visual hierarchy. The resulting experience balances analytical depth with usability and accessibility.

Brand Strategy · UX Strategy · Visual Identity · Web Design

Responsibility:
Led the brand and digital experience development for GroundTruth, an operations intelligence platform. My work spanned discovery and research, positioning, visual identity and logo development, information architecture, UX strategy, interface design, and launch-ready website execution.

Challenge:
Translate a complex software offering into a clear, credible, and differentiated brand and digital experience that could communicate GroundTruth’s value to prospective users and stakeholders.

Solution:
Turned research and stakeholder input into a cohesive brand and web experience, establishing the identity, messaging direction, site structure, and interface system. The resulting work created a consistent foundation for how GroundTruth presents its product, value proposition, and capabilities across its digital presence.

UX Research · UX/UI Design · Website Redesign Concept

Responsibility:
Developed a research-driven website redesign concept for Hamilton Beach Commercial, drawing on my prior experience with the brand and its product ecosystem. The project included user research, competitive analysis, experience strategy, information architecture, interface design, and high-fidelity prototyping.

Challenge:

Identify opportunities to improve how commercial foodservice professionals navigate the site, evaluate products, and access key product information while strengthening the overall digital presentation of the Hamilton Beach Commercial brand.

Solution:

Translated research and competitive insights into a redesigned website experience focused on clearer navigation, stronger product presentation, and a more cohesive visual system. The resulting high-fidelity concept established a UX and visual direction that was later used as a significant reference for Hamilton Beach Commercial’s subsequent website redesign.

Viva Green Homes

UX Research · UX/UI Design · General Assembly Project

Responsibility:
Collaborated on the research and redesign of Viva Green Homes’ “Find a Professional” experience, exploring how the platform could better connect buyers and sellers interested in eco-friendly housing with relevant real-estate professionals.

Challenge:
Improve a lead-generation experience that needed to both communicate the value of working with eco-focused real-estate professionals and make it easier for users to move from exploration to connecting with an agent.

Solution:

Used user surveys, competitive analysis, usability testing, personas, and A/B testing to evaluate the existing experience and explore alternative user flows. We translated those findings into a more streamlined “Find a Professional” concept designed to reduce friction, improve discovery, and help users connect with appropriate agents more easily.

Smithsonian National Zoo

UX Research · UX/UI Design · General Assembly Project

Responsibility:
Collaborated with a team to conceptualize and design an interactive application for the Smithsonian National Zoo. I contributed to the concept development, UX/UI design, and feature design, with a focus on creating a more engaging digital experience for zoo visitors.

Challenge:

Explore how digital technology could enhance the in-person zoo experience by helping visitors engage more deeply with exhibits, wildlife, and educational content throughout their visit.

Solution:

Designed an interactive app concept that supported more immersive and informative encounters with exhibits and wildlife. The experience used digital features to complement the physical visit and give patrons a more engaging way to explore and learn throughout the zoo.

TrainRX Landing Page

UX/UI Design · General Assembly Project

Responsibility:
Designed a concept landing page and supporting app mockups for TrainRX, translating an early-stage product idea into a clear, visually cohesive digital experience.

Challenge:

The existing materials did not clearly communicate the product’s value, core features, or intended user experience, making it difficult for potential users and stakeholders to understand the concept.

Solution:

Created a user-centered landing page and high-fidelity app mockups that established a clear information hierarchy, visual direction, and presentation of key features. The final concept helped communicate how the product could work and what value it could provide to its intended audience.
